Promotion of Controlled Acts Outside the Scope of Chiropractic

The CNAC recognizes controlled Acts outside the scope of chiropractic practice (including the administration of drugs, and the administration of vaccinations) and advocates that chiropractors should not promote these Acts. The CNAC also acknowledges there may be circumstances where regulations allow free discussion of pros and cons, or risks and benefits, in order to meet the requirements of informed choice and informed consent.
